Our client was a National organization concerned with the supply and development of human resources in the biotechnology industry. The organization required strategic analysis of the current and projected future human resources situation in the biotechnology sector on a national basis. It was also looking for recommendations on how to address the industry sector’s needs.


The main challenges we faced on this project included:

  • Developing a model that would allow for a rigorous analysis of the supply and development of human resources in an industry covering a very wide span of activities and needed skill sets
  • Dealing with the complexities of multi-stakeholder requirements
  • Developing concrete strategic and operational recommendations from a wide range of needs and possible solutions
